Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • You are our company’s customer service ambassador and you will be responding to, and resolving all of our customers' questions and/or concerns through multiple channels including: In-person, e-mail, web, chat, and phone.
  • You will be selling and suggesting amazing complimentary products to our customers to enhance the outdoor cooking and outdoor entertaining needs.
  • You will track, record, and prioritize customers support issues based on urgency and impact, and you will work with Management as necessary to expedite resolutions to any issues impacting our customers.
  • You will manage the customer order process including reviewing inventory availability, order confirmations, shipping notices, customer returns, etc.
  • You will communicate with the warehouse team regarding any order discrepancies, missing items, shipping, and inventory issues affecting customer orders and work to creative the most positive experience for our customer.
  • You are our front line of fraud prevention and will follow suspicious order investigation protocol to minimize and mitigate fraud.
  • You will handle all customer inquiries/concerns/issues with courtesy, professionalism, and respect.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Love to BBQ, grilling knowledge, or a foodie willing to learn.
  • Minimum 2-year sales, and customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong Communications skills (verbal and written).
  • Background in Retail and/or Customer Service.

Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Rockstar Order Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse operations team. You’ll be responsible for order processing ,packaging shipping and receiving.

To be considered for this position you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of warehouse shipping and receiving experience along with order processing. You need to have high attention to detail and strong computer skills and can pick up new software systems quickly. You can’t be afraid of rolling up your sleeves and pitching in wherever you can since we’re a scrappy entrepreneurial business at heart, after all!

Shipping/Recieving Warehouse Associate Resposibilities:

  • Complete order processing, shipping and receiving activities, dealing with both LTL shipments, small parcel picking & packing , and preparing orders for local delivery.
  • Preparing and expediting outgoing products, including labeling and shipping documentation to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Coordinating, receiving, inspecting, and shipping orders and completing and verifying all documentation.
  • Updating and maintaining inventory counts ensuring stock integrity.
  • Verifying part numbers and quantities against packing lists and purchase orders to ensure accuracy of products being shipped and received.
  • Examining all outgoing and incoming shipments for damage and reporting issues to management and vendors.
  • Moving products utilizing pallet jack and lift trucks to appropriate areas.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly working environment.
  • Assisting other departments and coordinating cross-functional activities as needed.

The BBQ Assembly Associate is a key member of our Operations team responsible for assembling BBQ and outdoor kitchen units for customer deliveries and installations. We've got a booming e-com and retail business and a bustling warehouse and production facility so if you like to be where the action is this is the place to be! This is a great summer position for students with full-time & part-time hours available throughout the summer.

Production & Assembly Associate Responsibilities:

  • Have basic knowledge of how to use tools to assemble BBQs including screwdrivers & basic tools.
  • Follow assembly and sub-assembly directions as documented by supplied manuals.
  • Inspects and verifies the accuracy of the assembled units for conformance to specified standards.
  • Conducts final inspection on assembled units prior to delivery or customer pickup.
  • Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
  • Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
  • Organizing the production space.
  • Preparing assembled units for delivery.
  • Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
  • Operating stock management tools; for example, a pallet jack.
  • Training will be provided on the job.
