Ribeye Joe
Ribeye Joe has been a Lieutenant with Capital Appliance & BBQ for 22 years. He is first in command in our showroom and his wealth of knowledge can help you with any of your barbecuing needs. He is a KCBS certified judge and was priviledged to be invited to judge at the 2011 Jack Daniels World Barbecue Championship in Lynchburg Tennesee. Ribeye is also our resident Outdoor Room Specialist and would be more than happy to guide you through the process of creating your dream Outdoor Kitchen and Fire Effects.

The Grill Smith
Glenn "The Grill Smith" is our grilling expert on call at Capital Appliance & BBQ with his South Carolina charm and his wealth of experience, ask him about his famous Barbecued Ribs and Carolina Red Pulled Pork! The Grill Smith is going for his KCBS Master Judging certificate this year as well has been invited to join the Q'n Canucks competitve barbecue team in Brockport NY to help bring home some hardware. “Go To” Debbie
“Go To” has been a part of our team for over 3 years now and is an unbelievable cook on and off the grill.
When we have questions on seafood, planking, grilled Frogs legs, Potatoe Bacon Pie or any other eclectic dish Debbie is our “Go To” expert.
She is also responsible for our one of a kind LIVE showroom bbq kitchen and has cooked with many of our guest chefs. If you need advice you know where to "Go To".
